Delivering Measurable Impact Across the Portfolio

The company’s growth reflects proven customer value across its brand family. Keilton+autani‘s Bluetooth® mesh modules support 4,800+ buildings with up to 60% lighting energy savings and $211 average utility rebates per luminaire.

The Autani platform expanded to 600+ customers managing over 300 million square feet, delivering up to 80% total building energy savings by integrating Keilton+autani networked lighting controls with HVAC, security, and sensor systems on a unified platform.

Keilton Basic has shipped 300,000 units annually since 2019, operating in 3,300+ commercial spaces with 30–50% energy savings through trusted OEM partnerships.

EmerLite Launch: Digital Transformation for Emergency Lighting

May 2025 marked a strategic expansion with EmerLite™, bringing Bluetooth® mesh intelligence to emergency lighting compliance by replacing manual testing and paper logs with automated NFPA 101 and OSHA testing, real-time monitoring, and digital reporting. Built on the proven Bluetooth mesh technology powering Keilton+autani commercial lighting installations, EmerLite saves facilities an average of $125 per unit annually.

“Emergency lighting testing remains one of the final building systems awaiting digital transformation,” said Chris Primous, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “With EmerLite™, we’re replacing outdated manual push-button testing and paper logs with intelligent wireless systems while expanding our vision of comprehensive building intelligence.”

EmerLite technology is exclusively provided to OEM manufacturers who integrate the solution into exit signs, emergency lights, battery backup drivers, and emergency lighting combinations. The growing EmerLite ecosystem consists of leading emergency lighting product providers integrating LiteTrace Brands’ solution into products that meet UL924, CSA C22.2 No. 141, and CEC Title 20 standards, with 10-year lithium batteries and AWS cloud storage. Strategic manufacturer partnerships established in 2025 are building this collaborative ecosystem.

Commissioning Breakthrough: Solving the Industry’s Biggest Deployment Challenge

The Keilton+autani RP1 Advanced Commissioning Kit addresses the industry’s primary bottleneck: configuring large-scale Bluetooth® mesh networks. The kit includes the RP1 Advanced Commissioning Tool, FL30 FlashNet flashlight, and power accessories. FlashNet™ optical technology enables contactless commissioning from 50 feet away, eliminating lifts and scaffolding in high-ceiling facilities. The RP1 Advanced Commissioning Tool integrates three Bluetooth modules with 13 functional buttons for complete control. Quick Commission, an iPad feature in the Keilton+autani Pro HD App, enables simultaneous device detection, naming, and grouping, reducing commissioning time by up to 50%.

These innovations deliver reduced labor costs, improved safety, greater scalability, and enhanced precision, fundamentally changing the economics of large-scale deployments for contractors and integrators.

Customer Perspective: Proven Results in the Field

The commissioning efficiency of the new Keilton+autani advanced commissioning tools has changed how we approach large projects. Quick Commission and the RP1 Advanced Commissioning Kit, featuring the new FlashNet technology have cut our deployment time significantly while improving accuracy. When you’re managing hundreds of fixtures across multiple zones, these tools aren’t just convenient—they’re essential to project profitability.”
